Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you used during checkout. This will include your order number.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you've selected a tracked service, we will pass your information to the courier so you can receive detailed tracking information from them directly.

Returns & Exchanges

How can I make a return?

We sincerely hope you are happy with your purchase, however in case you do change your mind we can offer you a refund providing the goods are returned within a 14 day period in an unworn and unused condition. Please contact us for assistance with any returns.

Please note: The returns policy period is non-negotiable. We will not refund or exchange outside of this period, without exception.

Excessive wear and tear, slip'n'trip damage, spills, clothing that has been caught, mauled by pets, worn while decorating or customised in any way doesn't qualify.

Are returns free?

Please note that returns are currently not accepted on international orders. If you are returning your item from the UK, it will be the full duty of the customer to pay for the return postage of any item bought with us. Please also be aware that we will not take any responsibility for items lost during transit and strongly recommend all returns to be sent by recorded delivery.

In your returns parcel, please include a note of your name, order number and your reason for return.

Do you offer exchanges?

Because we’re a small brand, we don’t currently offer exchanges. Please make another order if you wish to try another size or style, and we will refund your other items when your return reaches us.

When will I receive my refund?

It can take 5-10 working days for your refund to reach you, depending on your bank.
